You can import a thumbnail if you'd like, and under categories change the outfit type if you'd like, so you can make it skin detail, tattoo, make up, etc another through the other categories to select ages etc and save. You could erase around it to keep only what you like, but you can also just import the whole thing into it.
Note that it'll be a fullbody overlay, since it was a default skin.
